Application of C5 Petroleum Resin in Synthetic Rubber
Adding C5 Petroleum Resin as a tackifier to the production of Rubber Products can effectively improve the strength and molding properties of rubber so that the quality of rubber can be improved. Especially in the production of Butyl Rubber inner tubes, the use of its characteristics of small interference with vulcanization, can effectively extend the service life of butyl inner tubes.

PzX-LT series is a kind of aliphatic petroleum resin widely used in tire rubber compounding, does not contain aromatic hydrocarbons, and has good compatibility with Natural Rubber (NR), all kinds of synthetic rubber (including SBR, BR, CR, NBR, IIR, and EPDM), Polyethylene, polypropylene, SIS, SEBS, EVA, etc., and also has good compatibility with natural viscosity increasing resins (e.g., shiitake, rosin and its derivatives). Compatibility with natural tackifying resins (such as mushroom alkene, rosin and its derivatives) is also good.

It can play the role of softening and reinforcing in the process, and improve the stretching and anti-flaking properties.
