Redispersible Polymer Powder is a kind of Coating Intermediates, it is a modified emulsion powder obtained by spray drying a copolymer of vinyl acetate and tertiary vinyl carbonate-VeoVa or ethylene or acrylate, etc. It has good re-dispersibility and re-disperses into an emulsion when it comes in contact with water and its chemical properties are exactly the same as those of the initial emulsion.
