PVC was once the world's largest production of general-purpose plastics, very widely used. It is widely used in building materials, industrial products, daily necessities, floor leather, floor tiles, artificial leather, pipes, wires and cables, packaging films, bottles, foaming materials, sealing materials, fibers and so on.
According to the different applications, PVC can be divided into: general-purpose PVC resin, high polymerization PVC resin, cross-linked PVC resin. General-purpose PVC resin is formed by the polymerization of vinyl chloride monomer under the action of initiator.
High polymerization PVC resin refers to the vinyl chloride monomer polymerization system by adding a chain growth agent polymerization of the resin; crosslinked PVC resin in the vinyl chloride monomer polymerization system by adding a crosslinking agent containing bis and polyene polymerization of the resin.
PVC SG5 is a type 5 PVC resin powder. pvc is an amorphous structure of white powder, small degree of branching, around 170 ℃ began to decompose, poor stability to light and heat, above 100 ℃ or after a long period of exposure to sunlight, it will decompose and produce hydrogen chloride. And further autocatalytic decomposition, causing discoloration, physical and mechanical properties also decline rapidly, in practical applications must be added to the stabilizer to improve the stability of heat and light.
PVC Resin can be used for the production of flexible film, artificial leather, sheet, pipe, profile, corrugated pipe, cable protection pipe, packaging film, hose and a variety of profiles, shoe soles and a variety of soft miscellaneous goods.
