Product Information
Polyurethane (PU) was first developed by German scientists in the 1930s. German scientists condensed liquid isocyanate and liquid polyether or glycol polyester to generate a new type of material, which had the same physical performance parameters as polyolefin materials at the time, and scientists named it polyurethane. With the end of World War II, the U.S. chemical manufacturing industry flourished, and in the 1950s synthesized polyurethane flexible foam, which was a milestone in the chemical industry at the time of important research for the future development of the polyurethane industry to provide a solid technical foundation
Foam is one of the main varieties of polyurethane synthetic materials, which is mainly characterized by porosity, and thus low relative density and high specific strength. According to the different raw materials used and formulation changes, can be made into flexible, semi-rigid and rigid polyurethane foam and several other; if the polyol used by the classification of varieties can be divided into polyester-type, polyether-type and castor oil-type polyurethane foam, etc.; if the foaming method is classified by the block, molding and spraying of polyurethane foam and other types.
Rigid Polyurethane foam is a polymer made of isocyanate and polyether as the main raw materials, under the action of foaming agent, catalyst, flame retardant and other additives, mixed by special equipment, and foamed on-site by high-pressure spraying. There are two kinds of polyurethane foam: soft foam and hard foam. Soft foam is open cell structure, hard foam is closed cell structure; soft foam is also divided into skinned and non-skinned two kinds.
Company Information
The company's main import and export products include:
(1)Polymers:The advantage of Polymers is that they can be easily formed into the desired shape using a variety of techniques such as solution casting, melt moulding, or machining. As a result, polymer-based implants are relatively inexpensive to manufacture. Polymers can also react so that different chemical molecules can attach to the surface of the implant, making it more compatible with the body's surroundings.
(2)Organic Raw Materials:Organic raw materials, i.e., Petrochemicals based on oil and natural gas as raw materials, grain fermentation for alcohol or solvent industry, coal gasification of raw gas and dry distillation of recovered coal tar to produce or fractionate a variety of organic chemical products in the industry. Our Organic Raw Materials include Industrial Acetate、Hydrocarbon Compounds、Ester Compounds.
